Desert Services International believes that bringing diversity into our workforce is not only an acceptable goal, but is imperative to help other companies to elevate to the opportunities open to them. Not only does Desert Services International choose to hire and work with diverse vendors, but they have chosen to give their own diversity training to additional vendors who fit the criteria but have been unable to succeed in obtaining certification. Desert Services International will begin the first session of their Diversity Training School beginning in April 2016. The vendors who are attending this first class have all the criteria for achieving the certification, but have needed that "hand up" in obtaining their goal. Not only will Desert Services use existing diverse vendors, but they will also help to create other certified vendors.
